You can see conversion tables and substitution tables just in case one or two ingredients are out of stock as of the moment. I've also compiled some tips that i find informative and helpful to me. Bibingka


Yield: 2 pans
Temperature: 350*F

3 eggs
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 pc red egg, sliced (optional)
banana leaves, wilted (or aluminum foil)

2 pcs- 9" round pans greased and lined with the wilted banana leaves

Beat eggs until light and creamy. Add sugar gradually beating well after each addition. Sift together the flour and baking powder. Beat the flour mixture alternately with the coconut milk. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. Take out pans and sprinkle with cheese and sliced red eggs. Bake 20 minutes more. Brush twice with margarine while baking. When done, brush again with margarine and sprinkle with sugar. Serve with freshly grated coconut.
